bidlead delivers booked in-home estimate appointments to partnered contractors.
Must be 18+, a licensed and operating home-service business.
JC Dropshipping LLC sends SMS messages to contractors who have opted in via our chat widget. Message types include partnership inquiry follow-ups, territory availability notifications, onboarding instructions, account and service updates, customer support responses, and occasional promotional notifications about new territory or platform updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact support@bidlead.io. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. The SMS consent checkbox in our chat widget is unchecked by default and is optional. JC Dropshipping LLC does not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Provide accurate information, do not submit someone else's phone number, do not misuse the service.
Per-appointment fee structure. No-shows are not billed.
Service provided "as is"; no guarantee of lead volume or conversion.
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bidlead from claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
